Innovative Partnerships Promoting Citizenship
Join speakers from the NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, the Chicago Mayor’s Office of New Americans to learn about creating robust partnerships with municipal leaders. Speakers from the Asian and Pacific-American Legal Center (APALC) in Los Angeles and the International Rescue Committee will also speak about their citizenship partnerships with public libraries, and we’ll hear about how a robust public/private partnership called Global Detroit Welcome Mat is incorporating naturalization into their activities.
