National Citizenship Partnership Launches New Campaign

Building a National Movement for Citizenship

 

 On March 24th, the National Partnership for New Americans launched an ambitious new citizenship program, with events in several states across the country. The Partnership plans to train over 1,000 new Citizenship Coaches this month, utilizing the collective grassroots power of 12 of the country's largest immigrant advocacy organizations.

NPNA member organizations include:   The Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR), The Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA),  CASA de Maryland,  Causa Oregon,  The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA), The Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition (CIRC), The Florida Immigrant Coalition (FLIC),  New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) ,   The National Korean American Service & Education Consortium (NAKASEC), OneAmerica, The Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition's (TIRRC), and Voces de la Frontera.
